Here’s what the three-component Colonix Program will do for you: The Colonix Intestinal Cleanser is a fiber supplement that cleanses the colon of accumulated toxic build-up. Continued use of the Colonix Intestinal Cleanser keeps the digestive tract from getting clogged up with mucus, toxins and metabolic waste. It helps to keep the colon clean and waste matter moving freely and efficiently by creating a spongy, gelatinous mass in the bowels. The KleriTea herbal tea for Regularity and Detoxification works in synergy with the Colonix fiber by 'kick-starting' bowel movements in the morning while maintaining regular movements during the day. Directions:
During the first 5 days:
Morning: Step 1: Paranil Capsules
On an empty stomach, take 2 Paranil capsules with a glass of water. Important Note: Throughout this manual, a ‘glass’ means 8 oz. of water. You need to drink about 8 glasses (2 liters) of pure (filtered or spring) water a day while on the cleanse.
Step 2: 1/2 scoop of Colonix Intestinal Cleanser
Approx. 15 minutes after taking the Paranil capsules, move on to the Colonix Intestinal Cleanser. Using the enclosed plastic scoop, mix ½ scoop of Colonix fiber in a glass with a beverage of your choice. It’s impossible to make an herbal fiber blend taste very good and effective at the same time. (Almost all herb powders are bitter, that’s why they’re sold in capsules.) In our opinion the Colonix powder is the best-tasting, high-quality fiber on the market, although you may prefer it mixed with 100% fruit juice rather than just with water. Drink your fiber mix quickly, because if you let it sit too long it will become very thick and you’ll have to prepare a new portion. Follow it up with a glass (8 oz.) of water.
You can have breakfast just a few minutes after taking the fiber. If you are not on a tight schedule, you can wait a little longer as you may have to move your bowels shortly after the fiber. If you’re taking prescription medications or health supplements, take them away from the fiber drink - about 1 to 2 hours after or before it. Please consult your doctor if you’re not sure how to do this.
During the day: Step 3: Water
Water is an absolute key component of the Colonix program. In order for the cleanse to work most effectively, you must consume about 8 glasses (8oz. ea) of pure (filtered or spring) water a day. That’s about 2 liters per day. Much more than this is not recommended unless you live in a very hot climate, engage in very strenuous physical activities, or perspire excessively. This may seem like a lot of water to some people, but just as you wouldn’t expect to cleanse the outside of your body without water, it is just as impossible to cleanse the inside. Fiber and herbs both absorb a lot of water. In fact, fiber can actually cause constipation if an adequate amount of water isn’t consumed while taking it. You can drink fruit juices or herbal teas during the program if you like, but they do not substitute for the 8 glasses of water you need to consume every single day.
Evening: Step 4: 1 cup of KleriTea
Before going to bed, steep a bag of KleriTea in a cup of hot water for 1-2 minutes initially. (Never use water heated in a microwave oven because this can destroy the effectiveness of the herbs in the tea.) This special formula will help digest your dinner, ensure proper elimination, have a cleansing effect on the liver, kidneys, and bowels, and relax your body so that you can have a nice, restful sleep. It is normal to feel a strong urge to evacuate first thing in the morning, accompanied by slight cramping - especially during the first few days. KleriTea works by causing mild contractions in the bowels, helping to expel feces and built-up debris.
During days 6 through 30 (Or until a thorough cleanse is achieved which normally takes up to 90 days.)
Morning: Step 1: 4 Paranil capsules
On an empty stomach, take 4 Paranil capsules with a glass of water.
Step 2: 1 scoop of Colonix Intestinal Cleanser
Approx. 15 minutes after taking the Paranil capsules, move on to the Colonix Intestinal Cleanser. Using the enclosed plastic scoop, mix 1 scoop of Colonix fiber in a glass with a beverage of your choice. Drink your fiber mix quickly, because if you let it sit too long it will become very thick and you’ll have to prepare a new portion. Follow it up with a glass (8 oz.) of water.
During the day: Step 3: Water
You should spread out your water intake throughout the day. You can start by drinking 2 glasses of water in the morning, one with the Paranil and one with the Colonix fiber drink. Then you can have the other 6 glasses throughout the day. As previously mentioned, you need to consume approx. 2 liters of water to enable the fiber to act like a sponge and dissolve and dilute toxins and flush them out of the body.
Evening: Step 4: 1 cup of KleriTea (every other day or as needed for regular bowel movement)
Before going to bed, steep a bag of KleriTea in a cup of hot water for 2-6 minutes. (Never use water heated in a microwave oven because this can destroy the effectiveness of the herbs in the tea.) You’ll need to fine-tune KleriTea for your body. How long you steep the tea at night can make a big difference the following morning. Some people have a strong urge in the morning just by soaking the tea for 1 or 2 minutes. Others may need 6 or even 10 minutes to achieve the same results. Please see KleriTea Tip on the right.
Days 31 to 60 (or 90)
We recommend that before you begin your second month of cleansing, you take a five-day break from the Paranil capsules and the KleriTea, and continue taking the Colonix fiber only. On the sixth day start taking 4 Paranil capsules and resume drinking the tea. (Please refer to the TIP on the right regarding KleriTea consumption.) The reason for this break is to give your body a rest after which the cleanse will be even more effective when resumed.

Warnings:
The Colonix and Toxinout Programs should not be used by pregnant or nursing women or children. In general, it is not recommended to use detoxification programs during pregnancy or while nursing. Those with serious health conditions should consult their practitioners before engaging in this detoxification programs. Toxinout capsules are not recommended for people with kidney disease. Discontinue use if you experience any discomforts or side-effects – other than normal signs of detoxification. Occasionally mild discomforts may arise while the body is trying to eliminate toxins. These may include headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, irritability or bloating. When such symptoms surface, it is sometimes helpful to decrease the dose of the Colonix fiber, the Toxinout and Paranil capsules and/or the KleriTea for a few days. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients, stop using these products immediately! |

Side Effects:
The Colonix & Toxinout programs do not have any serious side-effects. There are, however, certain things that might occur in some people while their bodies are trying to expel toxins. Some of these include fatigue, headaches, bloating, cramping, skin irritation or redness, etc. If you experience any of these symptoms, please do not panic as this is normal while doing a cleansing program. Unfortunately, the more toxic one's body is, the more uncomfortable the cleansing may initially be. But rest assured that these symptoms don't last for more than a couple of days, and usually once they pass, the person feels better than they have ever felt before. Should you experience discomforts or side-effects other than the normal signs of detoxification, including an allergic reaction to any of the herbs, please discontinue the use of these programs immediately and contact your health practitioner if needed. |
